We all deal with stress. Not one person in the world is immune from stress. Stress is not always bad. To me, this is my personal opinion about stress. We can use stress from a positive perspective. I think it’s easy to focus our attention on difficult and negative.
But how can we grow and learn from it? Just a question?
My way to de-stress.
Many times in the past, after a long work week. A week busy with clients, kids, home responsibilities, exercise and whatever else is happening in my life. When I am totally done! Exhausted and just finished. Gary Fineske (read his testimonial) and I will have dinner, I really enjoy Fadi’s in Dallas. Gary worked for the Dallas Mavericks as their massage therapist for 14years. After dinner, Gary will work with me and I can not tell you how much I appreciate his patience and attention to detail. Improving and reenergizing my body. Many times, after my session, I have been so exhausted that I am not able to get up off the table. I have literally woken up the next day in the same spot where I he worked with me. The next day I feel more alive and ready for the next week. But I usually end up sitting and reading my bible.
There are many ways to de-stress. Breathing exercises, a power nap, meditation, massage, orthopedic massage therapy, exercise, grounding (I’ll talk about this later), eating quality food. I think this can be a pretty long list. But one of the many ways that has truly helped me, Orthopedic Massage Therapy sessions with Gary Fineske.
Posture/ROM, flexibility and my mind as a whole are the most dramatic improvements with my Orthopedic Massage Therapy sessions! Along with maintaining my youthful appearance.
